The core is used for the frame side sealing of Nanshan

 series broken bridge aluminum/aluminum alloy doors 

and windows. It is used in conjunction with the 

previously used Nanshan equal-pressure sealing strips 

to form a complete frame and sash sealing system, 

achieving airtightness, sound insulation, and dustproof 

effects. It serves as an auxiliary sealing strip on the 

interior side of doors and windows or on the frame and, 

together with the equal-pressure sealing strips and sash 

sealing strips, forms a multi-layer sealing structure, 

which is an important component of the window and 

door sealing performance. 

Nanshan 65 series (NANSHAN65-20/24) broken bridge ,

aluminum profiles. Nanshan 75 series (GP75FN-24) broken

 bridge aluminum profiles adopt broken bridge aluminum 

profiles with the same groove design as the Nanshan series.

As long as the groove specifications match and the slope is 

he industry standard of 87-90°, with the thermal insulation

strip width in the range of 20-24mm, it can be adapted.

Surface: The surface of the strip is smooth, color-consistent, 

lines are smooth, the color is uniform, and the surface has a matte finish.

Performance: It has excellent weather resistance, durability, 

ozone resistance, and UV resistance. Suitable for various dynamic 

and static sealing applications.

Applicable Environment: Used in environments from -35°C to 

160°C; suitable for high-rise buildings of 26 floors or more and 

for constructions in areas with strong winds or busy urban areas.

Formula: Improved formula of four-star EPDM sealing strips, 

with an original rubber content of over 36%, containing dozens of 

small ingredients.

Tensile Strength: Four-star EPDM sealing strips have a tensile 

strength of 13MPa.

Elongation at Break: The elongation at break of four-star EPDM 

sealing strips is 500%.
