Application: Core pressure-equalizing seal used for

 Nanshan series broken bridge aluminum/aluminum 

alloy doors and windows frames and sashes. 

Installed on the exterior side of the sash frame, 

directly facing rainwater impact, it forms the

 pressure-equalized cavity of doors and windows and 

is a key component to achieve waterproof, airtight, 

and soundproof performance. The multi-chamber 

structural design balances wind resistance and elastic

 sealing performance, serving as the core gasket in 

three-seal/four-seal door and window systems. 

Compatible with Nanshan 65 series (NANSHAN65-20/24) 

broken bridge aluminum profiles, Nanshan 75 series

 (GP75FN-24) broken bridge aluminum profiles, and 

other broken bridge aluminum profiles with similar groove

 design and groove dimensions of approximately

 23.6mm×18.8mm, with an industry-standard slope 

of 87-90° and thermal break width between 20-24mm.  

Surface: Smooth, uniform in color with no discoloration, 

continuous lines, even gloss, forming a matte appearance.  

Performance: Excellent weather resistance, durability, 

ozone resistance, and UV resistance. Suitable for various

 static and dynamic sealing applications.  

Applicable Environment: Suitable for environments 

ranging from -35°C to 160°C, and can be used for buildings

 over 26 floors and in high-wind urban areas.  

Formula: Four-star EPDM gasket improved formula, original 

rubber content over 36%, containing dozens of small additives.  

Tensile Strength: Four-star EPDM gasket tensile strength is 13 MPa.
