Application: Mainly used for the overlapping sealing of 

frames and sashes in uPVC doors and windows, installed

 in the rubber strip grooves of the frame or sash, serving 

as the main sealing component of doors and windows

to achieve air-tightness, water-tightness,

sound insulation, and dust prevention.

Designed with a double-chamber structure, it has

good elasticity and strong resistance to compression 

deformation, suitable for the frame and sash structure 

of uPVC doors and windows, and is a core component 

of the uPVC door and window sealing system. 

Standard PVC door and window profiles, especially

 those using P015 type rubber strip groove design 0f

or PVC casement/sliding window profiles.

Surface: The rubber strip surface is smooth, 

color-consistent, with overall smooth lines, 

uniform color, and a matte appearance.

Performance: Excellent weather resistance, 

durability, ozone resistance, and UV resistance. 

Suitable for various dynamic and static sealing applications.

Applicable environment: Suitable for environments 

ranging from -35°C to 160°C, can be used for buildings with 

more than 26 floors and in areas subject to strong winds or 

located in bustling urban areas.

Formula: Improved formula of four-star EPDM

 (ethylene propylene diene monomer) sealing strips, 

with a rubber content of over 36% and containing

 dozens of minor additives.

Tensile strength: The four-star EPDM sealing strip 

has a tensile strength of 13 MPa.

Elongation at break: The four-star EPDM sealing 

strip has an elongation at break of 500%.
